Website: www.tridentscworks.org The Approved Clusters are: * Manufacturing * Transportation & Logistics * Biomedical and Medical * Information Technology Services * Specialty Trade Contractors Website: www.tridentscworks.org Core Services and Intensive Services, Training Services are offered to customers who are unable to obtain full-time employment through Core Services and Intensive Services, and who are need of new skills to obtain and/or retain employment. Training is limited to those occupations which fall within the Target Industry Clusters approved in the TWIB Five Year Strategic Plan.
Website: www.tridentscworks.org Core Services and Intensive Services, Training Services are offered to customers who are unable to obtain full-time employment through Core Services and Intensive Services, and who are need of new skills to obtain and/or retain employment. * On-The-Job Training (OJT)*, Educational Training (GED), Occupational Skills Training Types of WIA Training Include: * On-The-Job Training allows you to earn income while in training with an approved employer. Eligible participants in this training program are subject to the employer’s hiring policies.

Please make your case manager aware of anything that will keep you from participating in the program. »Supportive Services are provided on a case-by-case basis, when available. Follow-Up Services: Follow-up services are provided to WIA participants for 12 months by WIA staff members. During this time the WIA staff will: »Track your employment success »Assist with job placement and job referrals as needed »Make referrals to other services as needed

Website: www.tridentscworks.org Complete SCOIS assessments and print-out the results Fill out all the forms in your WIA Welcome Packet * If you are eligible for the program then you will need to complete a TABE assessment at a participating Adult Education testing location
