Limits to Progressivism Progressivism improved child labor, big businesses, politics, corruption, women’s rights, working conditions, and living conditions. It seemed so great and successful……. ……..but it tended to ignore the minority groups in society. Specifically, Progressivism ignored three groups: African Americans, immigrants, and radical workers.
