The Multimedia Manager includes nearly all of the art and photos from Serway/Jewett’s Physics for Scientists & Engineers, 6th Edition, Vol. 1, including tables and art from end-of-chapter problems. Slide 1 of 11

The images are in both JPEG and PowerPoint format. In the PowerPoint slides, the captions are included in the Notes field to allow you to cut and paste into a slide if desired. Slide 2 of 11

The complete set of Active Figures also appears on this CD for your use in class demonstrations. Note: Flash 6 Player required to run animations. Slide 3 of 11

In addition, this CD includes the complete text and art of the end-of-chapter problems in Microsoft Word format so that you can easily cut and paste problems anywhere! Slide 4 of 11

Click “PowerPoint Images” on the main menu to select the pre-made PowerPoint® slides for that chapter. You can then select, copy, and paste these slides into your own PowerPoint® lectures. Slide 8 of 11

Images can be copied from one slide to another and are easily resized. They can also be altered and cropped using your favorite photo editing software. Slide 9 of 11

While in the Slide Show mode, the pen tool can be used to emphasize important points. Slide 10 of 11 You can also create custom PowerPoint® animations that cause text and images to appear or disappear at a mouse click during a presentation.
