ALL student’s will work in groups ensuring to share the roles and responsibilities evenly. MOST student’s will be able to successfully identify the skills in which they have used in the lesson. SOME student’s be able to identify improvement’s which can be made to there final product.

Pre heat the oven to Mix the flour and yeast. 2. Add the warm water and mix to a soft dough. 3. Knead for five minutes, and roll out to a large circle/rectangle. Place on a greased baking tray and leave in a warm place to rise. 4. Top with tomato, grated cheese etc. 5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, at gas mark 200°C. Mixing Bowl Measuring Scales Wooden Spoon Grater Cutters Measuring Jug Table Spoon Baking Tray Dish Cloth Dish Towel

Pre heat the oven 1. Rub the margarine/butter into the flour to form a breadcrumb consistency. 2. Add the grated cheese. 3. Add the milk gradually to form a dough. (Not all the milk may be needed.) 4. Roll out the dough, on a floured board, to 1.5cm thick. 5. Cut into circles and glaze with any spare milk. 6. Bake for 10–15 minutes at gas mark 6/200°C until golden brown. 200g SR Flour 50g Margarine 125ml Milk 50g Grated Cheese ½ Tsp Salt
