Step 1: Log on to September 2011

Step 2: Enter user name and password September 2011

Starting an Application Designate one person from your organization to create the FY12 application. Other individuals from your organization, if requested, will be tied to the application by the Program Officer (Jeanette Thomas at the Iowa Department of Education) September 2011

Step 3: Select “Funding Opportunities” New App Existing App September 2011

Step 4: Select the FY12 Supplementary Support Services for Individuals in State Correctional Institutions Application September 2011

Step 5: Select “Start a New Application” September 2011

Step 6: Enter base information for your application and select “Save” September 2011

Step 7: On the next page, select “Go to Application Forms” September 2011

Step 8: The components comprising the application will be listed. Select “Cover Sheet--General Information” to start. September 2011

Step 9: Once information has been entered in a form, select “Save” September 2011

Step 10: Once all information for a form has been saved, select “Mark as Complete.” September 2011

Step 11: Once all application forms have been completed, select “Submit” September 2011
