Effects of Bad Nutrition If pregnant, baby could develop disabilities. Too much fat intake could result in chronic diseases. Gaining weight increases one’s risk for diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. Too much cholesterol increases risk for high cholesterol. Obesity causes skeletal problems, due to the extra weight that needs to be carried. Obesity leads people to think less of themselves and have less self respect and self confidence.

Summary: If one eats at McDonalds for all 3 meals, they will have exceeded the calorie intake by 1260 (for women) and 860 (for men). The intake of sodium at McDonalds for all 3 meals is almost triple the recommended sodium intake. If one consumes 3 meals at McDonalds, they will have eaten 6 times the amount of sugar one should have in 1 day. Bad nutrition leads to many life-long health problems such as diabetes, cancer, and high blood pressure.
