A Brief History of CETL  Established in 1984 and until 2002 led by part-time directors  Through 2000 CETL programs included Teaching with technology Faculty Leadership Kennesaw program New faculty orientation Georgia Conference on College & University Teaching (established 1994) Publication of KSU’s in-house newsletter, Reaching Through Teaching  Faculty Leadership Teams on SoTL and e-Learning

CETL Reinvented in 2002  Reorganization with full-time Director and one staff member  Five half-time Faculty Fellows  Dedicated space  Enhanced budget
