SW 48th Ave, Evans-Garden Home SW 48 th is in a 42 ft wide ROW and is approximately 460 feet from Evans at the north to Garen Home at the south The roadway has a partial center strip of paving at the north end There is a short, unimproved dead end segment north of Evans, with a pedestrian ROW connection to Multnomah Blvd and SW 48 th does not continue south of Garden Home. SW 48 th is stopped at Garden Home (stop signs might need adjusting if improvements are made).

SW 48th Ave, Evans-Garden Home SW 48 th has 3 homes between Evans and Garden Home, and only on the east side, with potential for one more. The homes on the west side of SW 48 th all front onto Orchard Lane (down a slope). SW 48 th north of Evans has 4 homes that likely contriute trips on 48 th. Eight homes are expected to generate trips per day. The potential for cut-through traffic is low. A ped/bike connection between Multnomah and Garden Home would be beneficial to the neighborhood.
