Accelerated Pavement Testing Heavy Vehicle Simulator (HVS) Cost = $1,800,000 1,000 load applications per hour Approx. 500,000 a month Meet Department Chair and VP for Research Meet Associate Dean for Research, then VP and CFO Business Plan = 20 cents per load application 3-year proposal for $3.5 million
