Dugout Club The purpose of the dugout club is to help support our teams and provide enthusiastic support of our baseball program How we do it: – Fund Raising – Volunteering Areas that we focus on: – Support Player Development – Field Improvements and Maintenance – Team Building

Player Development Assistant Coaches Salary – Dugout Club funds 4 assistant coaches $10,386 Fund Coaches attending Coaching Clinics – $330 - St. Olaf – $455 - MN State High School Coaches Association Youth Clinic sponsored by CP Coaches

Field Improvements and Maintenance This year we funded three major projects: – Bull Pens – Water to the Infield Complete except for purchase of hose, hose reel, nozzles – New Scoreboard Other Planned Purchase – Screens for all fields General Maintenance – Spring clean-up day planned for 29 March

Team Building Uniforms and Equipment – Uniform Update – Baseballs, Practice and Field Equipment Player Pack – 2014 Player Pack will include: Hat Captains Shirt Team Shorts 2 pair of socks Belt Senior Night at the ball game – Plan is the same as last year. Barbecue for all players at Noble. Junior parents to plan/work barbecue. End of Season Party Team Building Night Event for each team Fund Website

Fund Raising – Rebel Cards Need help signing up local businesses. Need POC for companies that would support Budget assumes we will average 15 cards sold per player. We are not planning “Blitz Night”. Each player responsible to sell. Incentives to sell 20. – Basketball Tournament Will need significant support from Parents and Players – Outfield Fence Signs Need help signing up local businesses.
