Presentation transcript:

I am one of the luckiest and fortunate person in this world than many of my friends.

I have many good friends around me and it makes me feel happy and great.

I feel happy most of the time.

I feel good about my physical appearance and I appreciate it.

I give and receive a lot of love and respect from Friends, Parents , Teachers and Elders.

I like myself the way I am and happy with all that I do.

I accept my mistake easily. When I make a mistake I accept my mistake easily.

When I do something good I expect others to appreciate me and I do appreciate others when they do good .

what and how others think of me and speak about me. I worry a lot about what and how others think of me and speak about me.

I never hide my true feelings and express them in a fitting manner.

Most of the time I feel sad and worry about many things in my life.

I don’t care about what others think and feel about me I do what I want to do.

Be responsible for yourself. No one ‘should’ make you happy Be responsible for yourself. No one ‘should’ make you happy. Hence, don’t blame or depend on others for your happiness. You are in charge of your own well being. Be good to yourself. Never push yourself too hard and make yourself stress. Love yourself more and give yourself a break. Be true to yourself. Happiness is not suppressing your emotions and opinions just to please the others. Speak up for yourself! Be brave to say ‘no’. Let go and stay away from the negative people who is bringing you down or killing your confidence, even he/she is your friend. Be understanding. Accept that things can never be perfect. Learn to appreciate the beauty of the flaw. Be forgiving. We can’t change yesterday, but we must live forward. Sometimes the best way to redeem past mistakes or regrets is to move on and live better. Be grateful. Stop envying others or chasing things endlessly. You’ll be content and happy when you’re thankful with what you have. Be helpful. There are so many people in this world who are less fortunate than you. So help when you can to show you care. Be respectful. Love and respect are two side of the same coin. The way you sow will be the way you reap. Show your respect for life by respecting you.
