Volume Purchasing Program No matter your preferred method of managing multiple iPads/iPods in your school you MUST set up a VPP account with Apple if you plan purchase the same applications for multiple iPads on the same account! However, if you plan to simply have your teachers manage one or two iPads on their own with their own accounts and use iTunes Gift Cards, debit/credit cards, or some other methods where each iPad is purchasing it’s own license, a VPP account would not be needed.
