If you want to develop a large team your approach has to be easy to learn, remember, and repeat to others. To duplicate you should not do anything others can’t copy. Prospects need to walk away from you saying two things: 1. I can do what he/she just showed me Or 2. I can do ‘better’ than what he/she showed me

CHILL OUT THE SOONER YOU START THE SOONER YOU GET RESULTS

Enthusiasm creates more results than details. Don’t OVERwhelm….Learn to Whelm. Secondly, don’t ever get in the mode of “I don’t know enough yet about the Virtual Franchise….and I don’t want to sound stupid……” It’s ok to say I don’t know and that you will contact your business partner or to invite them to a three way call or 2x1 with one of your support team.

TO CREATE A DYNASTY….IT BECOMES A NUMBERS GAME

In Team Building don’t be naive to think people with potential are the key to your business. It is really about people with desire. There are lot of broke individuals with potential who watch things happen. People with desire make things happen. Developing new frontline distributors will create wealth……..working ‘depth’ creates security. Understand the 3 to 1 rule. 75% building….25% management.

DON’T BE THE STAR LEARN HOW TO CREATE STARS

Once you become a ‘leader’ that ‘trains’ don’t forget what got you there. GETTING PEOPLE TO EVENTS!!! Bring guests personally and your team will do what you do……not what you say to do. Be a promoter or talent scout. This will create a dynasty vs a small profitable business. Don’t let your ego control your income.

HAVE CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY! RECRUIT AT YOUR LEVEL OR ABOVE!

BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR POSITON AS A SPONSOR AND OVER DELIVER! DON’T MISREPRESENT YOUR BUSINESS BUT YET BE BOLD IN YOUR BELIEF! KING SOLOMON WROTE, “ HE WHO WALKS WITH WISE MEN BECOMES WISE, WHILE THE COMPANION OF FOOLS SUFFER HARM.” RECRUIT ‘UP’!!

READ …..READ…..READ WRITE…..WRITE…..WRITE Y0U ARE THE PRODUCT… JUICE PLUS IS THE MECHANISM!

A person who doesn’t read books is no better off than a person that is illiterate and can’t read. You must read the right books to grow personally remembering YOU are the product. Become a better you. HAVE A REFERENCE LIBRARY!! The right books are not for inspiration but for transformation. Kerry Daigle Have a journal to write your notes and meetings. Use your cell, iphone, etc for appointments but always have a written day planner.

NEVER PRE-JUDGE ‘ANYONE’ AT ‘ANYTIME’….

THOSE THAT YOU THINK ‘WILL’ DO THE BUSINESS WON’T ….. AND THOSE YOU THINK WON’T DO THE BUSINESS ‘WILL’

PUNCTUALITY IS IMPORTANT

Making certain you are ALWAYS available at the time you commit to is so very important. If your distributor is meeting with a prospect at a specific time and you show up late, two things happen: 1.Your credibilty is shortened in their eyes. 2. Your presentation may not have the effect it should. Their time is just as important as your time. If you are going to be ten minutes late be certain to let them know in ADVANCE. Have respect for other people’s time. This is invaluable information for you to share.

REMEMBER THE THREE SIMPLE PRINCIPALS TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS

1. CONSISTENT EFFORT 2. DUPLICATION 3. GIVE IT ‘ENOUGH’ TIME

KNOW YOUR COMPANY

LEARN AND MEMORIZE THE FACTS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND BE PROUD TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THEM! COMPARE WHAT NSA OFFERS TO WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN THE TRADITIONAL BUSINESS WORLD! BE GRATEFUL!!

FACTS IN OUR INDUSTRY OF NETWORK MARKETING WE ARE PAID FOR OUR VISION, COURAGE, BELIEF AND STAMINA! LEADERS IN OUR COMPANY DID WHAT OTHERS WERE NOT WILLING TO DO. NOW THESE SAME PEOPLE ENJOY THINGS THAT OTHERS DO NOT. SUCCESSFUL DISTRIBUTORS ARE THERE FOR ONE REASON: SOMEONE BELIEVED IN THEM MORE THAN THEY BELIEVED IN THEMSELVES. BE A MENTOR AND NOT JUST A SPONSOR.
