3xC Course Structure The 3xC course consists of seven workshops: – Introduction – Clear and Concise Explanation of a Project Idea – Identification of Partners - Partnership Building – Communication - Approaching Partners – Project Development - Defining Goals, Outcomes, and Products – Project Implementation – Time Planning and Task Allocation – Reflection

3xC Goals Participants are able to initiate a transnational project starting from the idea to financial planning or better Participants know about the basic steps on how to initiate a transnational project Participants are motivated and interested to start transnational projects and cooperations
