THE MAIN THING WE WERE BIG BUT WILL BE BIGGER IN 2008 –200, 290, 340, 305, 270, ALL ARE 6’3 OR BETTER EXCEPT THE 200 LB ER WE BELIEVE THAT ALL OL BE ABLE TO RUN ALL OF OUR OL DRILLS INVOLVE RUNNING (CALANDE BOOK, MURPHY) WE ARE STRONG, THESE KIDS LIVE IN THE WEIGHT ROOM

THE MAIN THING THEY KNOW THEY ARE THE CORE OF THE TEAM AND TAKE IT SERIOUSLY WE REWARD THEM WEEKLYFOR GOALS ACHIEVED –300 YARDS RUSHING – TAKE THEM OUT FOR DINNER –HIGHEST GRADER FOR THE WEEK GET RECOGNIZED –IF ALL LINEMEN ACHIEVE 90 PERCENT OR BETTER PIZZA PARTY DURING LUNCH

THE MAIN THING IF ANY OL GRADE 84 OR LOWER – PUNISHMENT IF ANY ACHIEVE WEEKLY HONORS LIKE PLAYER OF THE WEEK THEN ALL PARTICIPATE IN THAT ACHIEVEMENT THEY ARE THE LEADERS OF THE TEAM AND SET THE TONE DURING OFF SEASON WITH THEIR WORK ETHICS

THE MAIN THING AS A RESULT OF OUR SUCCESS THIS YEAR THE ENTIRE OL WILL BE RECOGNIZE AS THE MOST VALUABLE PLAYERS. SIGNIFICANT BECAUSE I DON’T EVER GIVE THAT AWARD
