Anyone can strength train, even without all of the equipment!

All you need is a well-planned program. Example Strength Training Routines: ROUTINE 1: 5 minutes of stretching 3 sets of Bench Press (10 reps each) at 45 lbs, which is just the bar 3 sets of Bicep Curls alternating each arm (20 reps each) at 8 or 10 lb weights for each arm 3 sets of Triceps Extensions (10 reps each) at 8 or 10 lb weights.stretching 5 minutes of stretching ROUTINE 2: 5 minutes stretching 3 sets pull-ups (As many as possible) 3 sets DB Rows 3 sets Back Extensions 5 minutes stretching
