Developing a Stakeholder Analysis Stakeholder Role Definitions  Customer of the process: Role/person that receives an output to a process or a process step  Process owner: Role/person responsible for the design, continuous improvement and sustaining the process.  Decision-maker/ Approver: Role/person that has the authority to give approval  Target of the change: Role/person that is directly impacted by a proposed change  Interested party: Role/person who has a recognizable stake in the outcome of a process, but may not be directly involved in the process  Supplier to the process: Role/person that is providing input to the system

Forming a Team Look to Stakeholder Analysis – Pick team Members from Roles/Locations on Analysis Make sure team has the “touches” of your process/problem Involve a Facilitator Include an Executive Sponsor/Champion
