Meeting Objective(s)
This is a project delivery and financial review arranged by the Project Manager on the initiative for the Project team to:
Review the proposed plans, costs, resources and deliverables for subsequent phase(s) of the project
Agree to PROMISED costs and timescales for the next phase
If appropriate, agree the TARGET costs and timescales for the subsequent phase(s)
This may be an iterative forum until all parties have reached an agreement on all aspects of the solution
