Louisiana Virtual Classroom Project Through the Louisiana Center for Educational Technology, Louisiana Department of Education is piloting the Louisiana Virtual Classroom Project. Teachers in this project conduct their classes online, utilizing technology and the Internet. Students are from all over the state.
