From: Partnership Working To: Collaborative Working In order to improve quality of life outcomes and continue to move the city forward SP Review – Initial Thoughts

The potential power of sustained collaborative working and shared ambition is vast. True collaborative working creates new added value, new opportunities and opens new doors. Collaborative working requires a significant web of personal connections, networks and organisations. Collaborative Working

The challenge is how to make it a reality? There are no easy answers in fact this process throws up even more questions! Collaborative Working

We need to move away from the language of LSPs to demonstrate a new and different approach

Q) Do our current partnership arrangements feel like this? “Death by” targets, reports & meetings!!!

Function: To work collaboratively to deliver the 2 City Priorities of: Sustained economic development Low cost, customer-centred services and the 4 City Challenges of: Economic development Educational attainment and skills Well-being Sustainable, green and attractive environment.
