ICPG Portland Metro – Who We Are Established in 2006 Group Membership – 14 Public organizations including Cities, Counties, School Districts, Community Colleges, Trimet, Metro, HA Portland, TV Fire & Rescue. But, Membership not required to attend and benefit, 60 people on routing Sponsored by NIGP and Columbia Chapter – –Chapter website ( contains ICP contractswww.columbiachapternigp. –ICPG is a member of the Columbia Chapter Executive Board

ICPG Portland Metro– What We Do ICP language in most Price Agreements and Contracts – Listing at Columbia Chapter NIGP Website, updated every 6 months Meet Regularly – Every other month beginning in September, 1+ hour each mtg. Discuss Current Projects – Each attendee states the projects they are working on or were recently awarded. Discuss Current Issues – HB2867, Reverse Auction, Std ICP language, SPO Updates of New or Changed PA’s Speakers – U.S. Communities, Nat’l IPA, Staples, Sustainability, SPO

ICPG Portland Metro – Benefits of the ICP Group Use Each Others PA’s and Contracts – Over 400 PA’s and Contracts listed which have ICP language, they are Goods, Services, PTE. Examples – Traffic Signal Equip & Lighting, Temp Plating, Asphalt, Aggregate, Temp Svcs, Photography Svcs, IT Prof Svcs., Water Treatment Chemicals Saves time and energy by using an existing agreement instead of advertising anew. Resource for Each Other – Share Word documents or specifications Bounce ideas off of each other
