Creative Space Survey Question #3 Do you often have unscheduled, impromptu meetings during the week?

Suggestions: A mix of casual/lounge space and segregated tables and chairs so that more than one meeting can be held simultaneously A mix of different spaces - Couches a room that has furniture that can be reconfigured according to needs at the moment. a room with some privacy (door) and a white board Comfortable chairs with multiple power adapters and network cables....perhaps a techy setup with 2 projectors and tablets for use. If the room were large enough - you could combine the configuration styles listed above; allowing multiple uses for the space. The design of 480 Langsam is pretty close to what I'd recommend. There's casual, comfortable furniture in one portion of the suite, and also a classroom with re-arrangeable furniture. We have most other options in many different spaces. We use vacant classrooms when we need them, group study rooms and 410A Zimmer for partner meetings and small group meetings. We have no spaces for food prep or cleanup for any type of meeting.

Suggestions included: Cleaning, new furniture carpet, paint better lighting, plants, more open spaces, less cramped, archive old materials, devices such as Bluetooth Airplay to Geek Toys. Better use of current space, lots of empty cubicles now. Overwhelming response to just a cleaner environment.
