2. Number, age and nature of students
NOT THIS
This classroom is designed for up to thirty two students in a variety of classes held at the high school level.

3. Size and shape
The physical detentions of this classroom will be no larger than the traditional size of 21’ x 46’. This classroom will though, be flexible so that the size and shape will only matter if it isn’t large enough. A cathedral height ceiling will be utilized.

4. Non movable items White boards, bookshelves and desks/tables
will all be moveable as needed.
The non movable items will be the evil necessary parts of this classroom. Windows, doors, counters and closets! Other items such as bookshelves will not be necessary as they will be movable as needed throughout the classroom.

5. Lessons and Activities
Lessons and activities in this room will be fluid. The furniture will allow for students to work as a group, pairs, teams or alone when needed. Technology will play a large role so that charging stations will be made available throughout the room.

6. Furniture Furniture will all be on wheels whenever possible.
Chairs, charging stations, tables, as well as white boards
will all be movable.

7. AV Equipment
Audio Visual equipment will be installed into stationary positions on the
ceiling of the room. The projector will have the ability to rotate from one wall to another as needed for each lesson. Speakers will be installed to provide surround sound. There will also be the ability for students to connect head phones when only a small group needs to listen to the presentation provided from the projector.
Blue tooth technology will be used throughout the classroom.

8. Decorations
Decorations will be at the discretion of the teacher, depending on what is being taught in the room. A bulletin board will be made available by sliding down the walls from the ceiling.

9. Modifications for disabled students
Students with disabilities will feel right at home since all the furniture in the room will be movable as needed!
