magnet Permanent Magnets work without an electric current. Temporary Magnets need an Electric current to make it work

Magnets are always on unless it is a electro magnet… it can turn on/off. When there is a regular magnet it is always on, so it is permanent

there are two poles of a magnet the north and south poles. When you put the S&N together they attract. When you put the S&S or N&N next to each other they repel [push away].
