Entering Courses on the A13 Entering EOC Courses (Algebra, Geometry, Biology, US History) EOC grades and credits are detailed and specific. Work with your Guidance Director/Team. ATTP and EARN Credits do not populate. Is this student a part of a cohort where the EOC is 30% of the final grade? YES=Credit does not get awarded until there are 2 semester grades and an EOC Grade. See EOC Grade Chart. NO= Enter the credit. Credits are no longer held in abeyance for Algebra. Transfer Student: Is the student coming from an APPROVED state where there is an approved Algebra End of Course Exam? 30% does NOT apply for transfer students for any EOC. Enter credit as reflected on transcript. See Approved States Chart. Entering FLVS Grades FLVS Grades must have a course number that ends in a “Z” Ex. English 1 = Z BVS Do not enter BVS Grades. Entering Courses on the A13 cont’d When you add a course on the A13, DO NOT add or change a flag in the flags column. The only time you would do this is when adding a 9 flag for a HS course taken in MS. In this situation, you must enter the course first, PRESS ENTER, then add the flag AFTER, when prompted. If you add flags prior to pressing enter, you will delete all flags that are supposed to be there.

WXW= Student graduated with the 18-Credit ACCEL Diploma and WAIVED the FCAT and/or Algebra EOC with an ESE Waiver. WXB= Student graduated with the 18-Credit ACCEL Diploma and did NOT have a 2.0 AND/OR did not pass the FCAT or Algebra EOC. Similar to the W08. WXC= Student graduated with the 18-Credit ACCEL Diploma and did not pass the FCAT or Algebra EOC. Similar to the W8A.
