Technical Assistance Program (GS-TAP) GS-TAP is an effective, low- maintenance program for your organization to build and strengthen the capacity of member organizations or grantees.

 Diversified income for an organization is paramount.  Grant awards should comprise a sustainable percent of an organization’s income.  A grant seeking program must have specific goals and objectives, with measurable outcomes.  A screening process for grant opportunities should be adopted to focus staff time and energy.  Designing a strategic grantseeking approach for each program or project greatly increases success rate.  Knowing and understanding grant management can be key to sustaining a solid grant seeking program.
