Position Papers Remember: Professor Nixon’s instructions are paramount. However, if you are looking for some guidelines on how to approach the writing of a position paper, here are a few sites that should help:

Selecting A Company And Industry Personal interest: pick a sector you are interested in, e.g. financial services, energy and mining, telecommunications, high tech. retail, automotive, airlines, etc. Pick an example from your textbook and/or use Sites such as: Do some preliminary research on your company; make sure it is appropriate for this assignment; check with Prof. Nixon.

Doing The Research Use the Library Catalogue to search for books on your company, the industry, and aspects of corporate governance.
