Yet you ask, "For what reason?" Because the LORD has been a witness between you and the wife of your youth. You have acted treacherously against her, though she was your marriage partner and your wife by covenant.

Marriage is not a CONTRACT it is a COVENANT Marriage is a life time covenant. There is only one thing that RIGHTFULLY breaks this covenant and that is death.

For the woman that hath a husband is bound by law to the husband while he liveth; but if the husband die, she is discharged from the law of the husband.

Essential elements of a covenant marriage: I. Bible - From the Bible comes convictions, the thing we are missing today.
