NAOSH 2012: Sunday, May 6th - Saturday, May 12th North American Occupational Safety and Health Week, or NAOSH Week, occurs every year during the first full week of May. Occupational Safety and Health Professional Day (OSHP Day) falls on the Wednesday of that week. ASSE urges everyone to get involved in NAOSH Week in an effort to better educate the public about the positive benefits a safe workplace provides not only for workers, but for their families, friends, businesses, their local communities and the global community. The mission of NAOSH Week is to increase awareness of the importance of occupational safety and health to working men and women around the world.

Grant Requirements: 1) may be new or an extension of an existing activity or program; 2) must focus on an Oregon workplace; 3) must include a credible project evaluation; 4) must be innovative; and 5) must have the potential to be implemented in other workplaces and industries.
