History/Background The City of Grande Prairie and Aquatera Utilities Inc. enter into a partnership agreement with AWPI: Why? Why? When? When? How? How?

AWPI Steering Committee Formed in the Spring of 2005 our AWPI Committee is co-chaired by Bill Walker, Director of Protective Services for the City of Grande Prairie and Bernd Manz, General Manager of Aquatera Utilities.
