Regulation 7 “An employer shall not undertake any work with asbestos unless he has prepared a suitable written plan of work detailing how the work is to be carried out..”

Regulation 10 “Every employer shall ensure that adequate information, instruction and training is given to those of his employees- (a) who are or who are liable to be exposed to asbestos, or who supervise such employees….”
