18. Regulation 7 Plans of Work An employer must not undertake any work with asbestos without preparing a written plan of work (POW), stating how that work is going to be. A copy of this POW should be kept by the employer at the premises where the work is being completed Demolition, the POW should state so far as reasonably practical all asbestos removed before major work starts So far as reasonably practical the POW should be followed and any amendments clarified in writing
