VALUE PROPOSITION What do I have to offer? What are the marketable skills that I will provide my future employer? What are my strengths I bring to others? What is my brand? How does my magnificence manifest itself? It is CRUCIAL (especially in this market) to communicate that you understand it is about them…not about you.

BRANDING EXERCISE ---Identify 5 trusted confidants you have known at least two years. ----Independent of one another, ask them to list 5 of your strengths. ----Gain greater self-awareness/ increase your value proposition.
