In most cases you will give up your salaried job, and you have to adapt to the uncertainties of a business venture that cannot always be planned in every detail. –This is one side of entrepreneurship. –On the other side, mastering these challenges increases your self- esteem and allows you to develop your potential to an extent that is impossible to reach in paid employment.
