3 A1 Ballpark maintenance storage room addition (+1,200 SF). THE SCHWAN REGIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS CENTER ARENA “ADD” ALTERNATES – Additional Funding ($277,000) C1 Waterline to hotel/restaurant sites (will allow itemizing for billing/special assessment – paid for up front by utility funds).

4 A3 GCMU wall finish at public areas in lieu of painted CMU. A7 End bleachers at rink 1.
