5 Apathy: No point. System is unfair, Lazy: Too troublesome to go to post office, No facilities: Not convenient to register, Automatic: No! They can’t force me! Afraid my vote can be detected, REASONS NOT TO BOTHER

6 Trust: Don’t trust politicians, Fed-up with politics, Apartheid, Discrimination, Lack of education opportunities, Lack of scholarships, I am leaving at the 1 st opportunity. REASONS NOT TO BOTHER

7 WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE? For every reason we have not to vote, there is a more compelling reason to vote!

9 Don’t let others speak for you! What about your younger brothers or sisters who can’t vote? What about your sick grandpa or grandma? What about the sick and blind? What about those in prison who cannot vote? Hospitals, Mental institutions, Friends and relatives overseas, Even outstation on polling day. Will you speak for them?
