All parents must have the below ready before purchasing: The school provided address or student ID number of the enrolled student Your valid and personal address A Credit or Debit/Credit Card Click on the below link to access Jacaranda’s Parent Portal for Australian International Academy: Getting Started

The URL link will take you to the Parent Portal Home Page, that will be identifiable by the school logo, school name and school address.

Getting Started There will be clear instructions by the school and by Jacaranda that will guide you in when and how to make your payment, and who to contact if you need support.

Registering your student Click on the corresponding year level.

Registering your student Under Student Details, type in the first and last name of the enrolled student. Under Student ID details, from the drop-down option select school address. If your don’t have this, contact the school directly.

Registering your student The required booklist for that year level will display under Required Purchase and should already be populated and selected.

If the customer had already purchased from Wiley shopping cart the system will ask for the existing password details. Registering yourself

If the customer is new to Wiley shopping cart they will need to provide a password to be used for future purchases.

Purchasing The system will ask to review the order and address details 2 more times – keep on clicking on secure checkout No discount can be applied on the $100 bundle

Purchasing The Final Order Summary is where the billing and order details are reviewed a final time. Click on Pay Now to enter your credit card details.

Confirmation The final confirmation with Order number along with a message stating that an confirmation will follow the address you registered with.
