1) Integrate the LEPC exercise for 16 counties into the state exercise of a major winter storm & utility failure 2) Develop local & state EOC interface capabilities 3) Cross train local program Directors in the Field Liaison desk to supplement the State EOC during long term response operations 4) Demonstrate the effective use of “Live to Meeting” capabilities for planning meetings 5) Demonstrate the effective use of “Live to Meeting” for facilitator training as a tool for short program training and education capability
