In Literacy we will be; Learning how to use exciting openers and connectives Learning how to use punctuation accurately Learning how to write a diary entry Learning how to write a newspaper report exploring a story through drama and role play Rewriting stories in our own words

In Numeracy we will be; Learning how to tell the time on analogue and digital clocks. Learning how to solve money word problems. Learning how to solve problems using weight and capacity.

In Science we will be; able to understand the difference between manmade and natural light sources. exploring how shadows are formed. Making observations about how shadows change.

In Humanities we will be; Exploring what makes a person significant. Finding out about past and present leaders. Learning about famous scientists.

In PSHCE we will be; Discussing how emotions change in different situations. Exploring what makes us special. Learning how to debate.

In ICT we will be; Learning how to make an animation. Understanding what a ‘bug’ is and know how to fix it. Learning how to use the internet safely.

In French we will be; Learning how to say instructional phrases. Using instructional phrases to play a game. Learning French songs.
