INFORM | PREVENT | RESPOND | INSURE The Frontier Market An economic term rather than a political judgement Prospect of enormous gain at the risk of natural and political hazards Investable, but have lower market capitalisation and liquidity than developed emerging markets A fragile landscape with weak state structures dominated by complexity
