Geography Physical features : Tibet Plateau Himalayan Mountains Gobi & Taklimakan Deserts Rivers- Huang He Chang Jiang Xi Jiang Human impact on civilization : Plateaus, mountains, and deserts protected from invaders due to elevation, heat, and distance. Rivers provided transportation and resources such as fresh water.
