Can we set up our company hierarchy? Are organisational charts built in? Can we add as many fields and screens as we want? Can we import spreadsheets? Can we set up our own business rules such as entitlements and maternity policies? Can the system manage shift patterns in hours and minutes? When a user logs in can they have different levels of access through a single login (i.e. Self serve, manager, HR user and Recruiter) Is everything from a single supplier, no partner systems? When we write a report can we actually use the information to take action? Is the system process led? Can I build workflows myself? If so, show me by building one and running it.
