Learning Outcomes By the end of this lesson you will be able to: explain the historiographical debate about Wolsey's ambitions to secure the papacy evaluate the different interpretations of Wolsey's foreign policy aims and decide which you agree with most. Create an essay plan to a typical foreign policy question
