Details of the Business Programmes. Knowledge Transfer Activities (KT).  Projects are led by the business.  An Academic plus a F/T graduate in the company.  Focused brief with high impact deliverables  Time bounded fully budgeted projects with regular reviews  Project managed and monitored. KT programmes we offer include:  National Short (sKTP) from 26 – 51 week terms  West Mids regional (KEEN) from year terms  National Classic (KTP) from 1 – 3 year terms

Academic Based Executive Short Programmes (ESP).  A focused scope of work.  3 month structured project including a F/T graduate.  Well defined deliverables.  The chance to assess future graduates and their fit in an organisation. SME Engagement Projects (SMEE).  Expertise that provides a wide range of business related support.  Assistance, guidance and training.  Use of University facilities.
