Avery Great Results Award Recognizes IAAP chapters/divisions that display excellence in specific areas of operations such as outstanding education programs, promotion of professional certifications, and membership recruitment and retention. 1 award is presented to divisions ($1000) 5 awards are presented to chapters 1-Prestige ($3000) 2 Distinction ($1500) 2 Honorable Mention ($500) Every chapter that submits an application and is not the recipient of a cash prize will have a donation made on its behalf to the IAAP Research and Education Foundation. So everyone is a winner. Deadline to apply is February 1, 2012 Materials released in early December

Box Tops for Education Will continue the Box Tops Challenge program. Runs July 1 to April 30. Is available to chapters only as a community service program to support local schools A $2000 education grant will be provided to the chapter (40 or less and 40 or more) that collects the largest amount of Box Tops; a $500 education grant will be provided to the chapter (40 or less and 40 or more) that collects the second largest amount of Box Tops All Box Tops, just not Avery, are eligible The 4 winning chapters are recognized at EFAM How Does It Work? Identify a local elementary/middle school in your community (for a listing of all schools in your area check out: www.localschooldirectory.com) Contact the school and ask to speak to their Box Tops for Education coordinator. Let them know you want to support their school. Start clipping and collecting coupons. Deliver your coupons to the school and report results to IAAP between May 1-15 by completing a “redemption form

Box Tops for Education If you would like a Box Tops For Education collection box to enhance your Box Tops collection efforts for your chapter or business, please send an email with your request and complete shipping information to iaap-officeproducts@averydennison.com. Be sure to include the name of the business (or indicate if it is a residence), contact name, street address and phone number. Boxes are shipped flat; when assembled they measure approx. 7" x 7" x 4.5".

Vendor Expos If your chapter holds a vendor expo, Avery is happy to try to participate if they are available and they often donate door prizes. One caution, being an international partner who puts out a LOT of money to support IAAP, they are sensitive to the subject of being charged money for a table, so please do not request it of them.
