The Track of Leadership  Three levels introduced since 1 Jan 2006 –Competent Leader (manual) –Advanced Leader Bronze (require CC) –Advanced Leader Silver

CL Manual  Included in New Member Kit  Includes 10 projects  Each activity has place for written evaluation  Verbal evaluations are not required  Most projects focus on meeting roles  Some projects focus on club management or activities outside of the club

ADVANCED LEADER - BRONZE Complete Competent Leader Complete Competent Communicator Serve as officer for six (6) months & participate in preparation of Club’s DCP plan Attend officer training while an officer Complete two (2) modules from the Successful Club Series

ADVANCED LEADER – SILVER  Complete Advanced Leader Bronze  Serve as District Officer (one year term)  Complete High Performance Leadership Project  Serve successfully as Club mentor, sponsor, or coach
