Information 4 Growth We are pleased to present you with a data stick with the following items: Blank IDP form and how to use Team 7 Nuggets of Information to expand knowledge Team 7 favorite book list to enhance personal skills, build strengths and improve opportunities.

Bridgestone IDP Pilot Jun-Jul 07’ – Dawn Farris presented her team with the IDP Process and one on one coaching sessions. ALL team members were/are excited to talk about themselves and create career/personal growth paths! All 10 team mates are success stories. They feel better about themselves and about their personal contribution to the organization.

Project Outcome Provide useful information for goal setting as it relates to personal & professional development. Offer development tools via data stick.
