Year 9 Integrated Project The Automated Multimedia Presentation

Objectives Know how to incorporate existing styles (layout, log, colour schemes etc) into another new application Understand that care must be taken when applying automatic timings and transitions Be able to create a presentation suitable for the intended audience, which will run automatically

Task 1: 30 minutes Follow the instructions on page 16 (Task 9) to create a PowerPoint presentation that will run automatically. Your presentation must be visually impressive, accurate, well-timed and in keeping with the house style that has been developed during the last few weeks.

Task 2: 5 minutes Print handouts of your slides, showing 3 slides to a page.

Task 3 (10 minutes) annotate your handouts, explaining what transitions and speeds have been used, and justifying images, sounds and movies etc used with relation to the intended audience.

Homework: Ensure that all tasks are up to date and complete.
