5. The Master Slide You can create your own layout and design, and other features such as a footer that includes: – the date, footer text and automatic page numbering. Whatever is shown on the master slide is visible on every slide in the presentation and cannot be changed when editing individual slides – you have to go back into the master slide view to edit it. Consistent fonts, colour scheme, logos and slide footers.

6. The Master Slide The key benefit to using slide masters is that you can make universal style changes to every slide in your presentation in one go.
