 If I want to be healthy I need to eat food from the five food groups.  I need to eat these food groups to stay healthy.  If I want to be healthy I need to be sun smart. I need to put on a hat and put on sun screen. If I want to be healthy I need to be fit that means I need to exercise. I need to run and jump and drink water and have lots of sleep.

 I think a healthy breakfast should be  Banana  Eggs on toast  Milk  Cucumber with yoghurt

Snacks: Strawberries and blueberries Carrot sticks Drink Water Mains Watermelon Chicken, mayonnaise and avocado sandwich
